Our little friends love our vegan raspberry lemon

Our little friends love our vegan raspberry lemon polenta bars! 🍋 🍋🍋Recipe below!Ingredients150g SR flour150g polenta1/4 tsp sea salt100ml oil120g caster sugar2 lemons250ml coconut yoghurtHandful frozen raspberries.MethodMeasure flour and polenta into a bowl.Pour oil into a jug, add sugar, zest and juice of lemons. Stir for a minute then beat in yoghurt.Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, then pour into a lined slice pan. Sprinkle with frozen raspberries and cook at 180 degrees for around 40 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy 🤌

Friday night recap 🔥This week we had so much fun exploring, learning and playing. We focused on a few different areas such as gross and fine motor skills, different painting techniques, space, letters and school readiness by preparing and packing our own lunch boxes.( *disclaimer* yes.. we did painting with straws & had to blow the paint out BUT we ensured that the activity was closely supervised at all times & no paint was ingested)

Congratulations Kingsley!

Kingsley was working at Boost Juice while attending University yet not convinced on the pathway she should follow to launch her career. Proudly, she undertook a traineeship in Early Childhood Education and Care, has a nationally recognised qualification, rewarding work and a fantastic base to continue to study and reach for the stars.
