Employment Requirements

Hessel Children’s Centre Educators require or working towards attaining a Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.

You must also have:

• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Safe Environments for children and young people – Through their eyes Certificate
• First Aid Training – HLTAID004 with Current CPR Training

We also offer traineeship opportunities to suitable candidates.

Do you need to get qualified?

Hessel Children’s Centre has its own Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Enhance Training offers a range of short courses through to Diploma and certificates in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Get accredited through an early childhood education & care traineeship and achieve nationally-recognised qualifications all while getting paid. The successful candidates can undergo their Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC30121.
