Employment Requirements
Hessel Children’s Centre Educators require or working towards attaining a Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
You must also have:
- Current Working with Children’s Check
- Safe Environments for children and young people – Through their eyes Certificate
- First Aid Training – HLTAID004 with Current CPR Training
We also offer traineeship opportunities to suitable candidates.

Hessel Children’s Centre has its own Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Enhance Training offers a range of short courses through to Diploma and certificates in Early Childhood Education & Care.
