South Australian owned and operated since 1998, Hessel Group is pleased to introduce Hessel Group Training Organisation (Hessel GTO) to the skills, education and careers market.
Hessel GTO is excited to be able to partner with some of the state’s most progressive and rewarded organisations in the social care sector to provide real career opportunities for South Australians. Social Care is an essential services industry for now and into the future and Hessel GTO will employ trainees and place them with Early Childhood Education, Aged Care and Disability Support focused businesses. This sector offers sound career opportunities with training provided by registered training organisations (RTO’s) that delivers accredited qualifications for trainees.
Trainees wages, superannuation, annual leave and administrative obligations are all the responsibility of Hessel GTO allowing our host employers time to focus on their business and their trainee’s on-the-job learning and development.
Hessel GTO’s Field Officers are dedicated to each host employer to ensure smooth process and provide support through the traineeship. Coupled with the possibility to receive excellent government incentives and support, now is the time for the Social Care sector to build a workforce pipeline by introducing motivated, skilled and eager trainees.
Hessel Group founder and Chief Executive, Tanya Cole says
“To be able to support the social care industry in South Australia is a privilege that our organisation takes seriously and with pride”. “The opportunity to introduce a school leaver or a career changer to Hessel GTO where they earn as they learn from day 1 is exciting.”
Hessel GTO is open for enquiries from potential host employers and trainees. Our Field Officers are on hand to help find solutions to suit business requirements and provide information for future potential trainees. Our Field Officers become your Field Officers and are with you throughout the traineeship and beyond.
