Laura Becomes a Qualified Educator

Congratulations to Laura Dodd on completing her traineeship with Hessel Group Training Organisation (GTO).

Laura is now a qualified Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC30113) educator. She undertook her training with Enhance Training: RTO Code 40387 with Rebecca Hughes as her trainer who said;

“Laura thrived under a traineeship. The opportunity to have mentorship in the workplace and through the GTO as well as theory and skill support with myself enabled Laura to flourish quickly and engage in practices required to become a competent educator in Early Childhood. It has been wonderful to see Laura take risks as a learner and challenge herself throughout. Laura has a gentle, nurturing and consistent approach with children and families and she is an asset to the Early Childhood sector.”

A traineeship allowed Laura to study while she worked at Hessel Children’s Centre where she was able to apply her new skills and has now enrolled to complete her Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (CHC50121).
